I reach to the firetouchig the flame
the firelight will never tire
nor will it become tame.
Let it burn,
let it burn,
let it burn!
I can handle the pain
because it is my gain.
You may feel sorry
but don't you worry
my darling friend
I can defend
and my heart will mend
Let it burn,
let it burn,
let it burn
My flame will allways rise
higher. It is of no surprise.
You can take away my toys
but boys...
You can never take away
my audacious say
Let it burn,
let it burn,
let it burn
My heart will never conform
and my desire will never deform
I am not playing a game
nor am I making a name
for myself,
But I am trying to live my life
Let it burn,
let it burn,
let it burn
You may give me your loathsome words
to me as a thousand swords,
but it will always be my source.
I can take away your hateful force
Let it burn,
let it burn,
let it burn
You may blow the fire as many times
but it will never stop lighting
by itself; the heart is ambitious
Let it burn,
let it burn,
let it burn
When the fire lights
in the dark, blue night
it will always fight
until the end.
Let it burn,
let it burn,
let it burn

Love me as a who I am
You may see me as a disgrace.A disappointment.
A burden
But I am not afraid
to face the worst as
you think and you are.
You may not like what I do
or want, but it is not up to you.
I made the choice
because I have a voice.
If you love me just as your flesh as blood,
show more as you do care
or it will seem you were not always fair.
Please I beg. Don't let your doubt
of my abilities become a flood
filled wih your discouragement
towards me.

Me
I'm sorrymy dear friend
I was not trying hard to defend
for you. But don't you worry
I will continuously try
because I don't want to be shy
anymore.
I want to reach into the dimming light
where it glistens in the dark.
The illuminate moon is such a delight,
it leaves a shining mark
as rhinestones.
I may not seem as brave
but it is as much as I gave
my best. I may have been hurt
with words so harsh and treated as dirt,
but it made me stronger.
Now I know I can survive longer.

Here I am In My White-walled Room
Here I am in my white-walled room,
practicing music in the house with no one
Here I am in my white-walled room,
playing Sudoku with my blue ball point
printed on Metro and 24 Hour newspapers
Here I am in my white-walled room,
listening to inspirational music on Youtube via my laptop
Here I am in my white-walled room,
daydreaming and talking to myself at the same time,
imagining I am in Glee as an Asian British bisexual girl who is
a childhood friend of Blaine Anderson. Sad, eh?
Here I am in my white-walled room,
daydreaming about the encountering of Darren Criss
and my other Inspirational Canadian musicians in person
Here I am in my white-walled room,
constantly going on Glee Wiki
and watching Youtube videos
everyday and night
Here I am in my white-walled room,
playing random, made up chords on my guitar
and writing songs
Here I am in my white-walled room,
composing music for my first year
Here I am in my white-walled room,
painting and creating my artwork.
Unfortunately I have got paints
on my carpet. OOPS!
Here I am in my white-walled room,
reading a book on my bed and easily
falling asleep
Here I am in my white-walled room,
sleeping
Here I am in my white-walled room,
wasting both my life and my time with this
computer I am now using. God! I need to
get out more and do something for myself!!!
Geez I am bored.
Here I am in my white-walled room,
feeling like a small-beaked sparrow
trapped in a cage, without an escape with friends

City of Fluorescent Wanders
In the city of Wanders
where stellar rhinestones are punctured onto the Black Canopy,
I see the fluorescent glows of treelights hung on branchy, skinny fingers
as they are majestic statues with fallen strands of leaves.
I am lost in serenity with a momentous smile drawn on my face,
forgetting my troubles by exploitation of lights
I am an audience to the Circus and Vancouver is my ring leader
to neverending acts.
Troubadors everywhere, performing on the streets of Granville
The Sons of Granville, with the alluring and intriguing viola, takes over
two girls in ecstasy to dance like gypsy enchanting in a Globe

Traveller
I am a traveller:
Unaware of rules, customs, traditions and enviroments,
But always discovering something flambuoyant and interesting
in countries and continents
I am without a companion, but I am content with what I have.
I am not a lover, a friend, nor am I a relative.
I am someone one meets no more than once.
I am a forgotten face.
I wander to explore new tastes,
surrounding myself in an overwhelming and yet friendly atmosphere
I am without rules of my own.
I do not belong in a tribe nor a clan
I walk the lands on my own
I am unknown
I am without a company to keep me occupied by friendly hands
I am a mysterious adventurous individual who, you may assume,
might enter in your town or city unbeknownst to the residents of Wonderful
Wonders.
You may not want to trust me nor put your faith in me; I am a stranger you don't know

Memory
I love ice skating in Downtown Vancouver because it was my favorite place as a child.
It was rarely known before the Winter Olympics in 2010
I forgot what it was like to hug my dad after moving to New West until I said to him "Love you."
I cried with tears with joy because to me, it means our relationship is somewhere recovered from
our issues of my lying habits (so he perceives).
I remember going to Granville Island for art classes, the water park and of course... the Kids Market.
Back then, I didn't like art or any performing arts, except for dancing. Until I got into high school, I realized it is my passion. I used to make and draw many crafts, I just didn't consider it as art. As a kid, I didn't know a lot of things and I still don't as a 19 year old today. Pretty sad, isn't it?
I would listen to pop music back in the old days.Way before I knew Devendra Banhart or any indie musicians. Except I listened to Evanescence and Linkin Park in both elementary and middle school
I didn't care about the lyrics, but I was in ecstasy with the harmonious and catchy tunes.
I didn't realize there was something wrong with me until I asked him if " I'm normal " like everyone else.
I was 12 when he told me I am "mentally handicapped"
I loved playing Celtic or any various kinds of music in front of my friends at high school. No big performances involving my dad, teacher and other parents of violinists-in-training because I felt as if I didn't have to impress anyone but myself. I wish I could do it again : perform again after 2 years of not playing in front of people so I wouldn't have to be afraid as my dad is for me.
I got paid in cents at school and performed in senior homes and the Justic Institute. that was the best thing I had ever done in my life and they were my biggest accomplishments in grade 9
Sometimes I think they happen for a moment and years later, I will have a feeling that I wish I can do that again so I can redeem myself.
